Charity and Community

We are proud of how passionate our employees are about their local communities. And we recognise that doing well as a company means doing good in the world. We don’t just want to do it for us. We want to make sure we have a positive impact in our communities too.

Every year, we rally for employee-selected local charities, channeling funds towards vital food banks, sponsoring local sports teams, and actively participating in community and national events like Race for Life and marathons, including the London Marathon. Additionally, we contribute to Mission Christmas and Foodbank initiatives. Our employees are empowered to give back through two paid volunteering days, providing hands-on help and support to these impactful charities. Explore our commitment to community involvement and support below.

Who are we supporting for 2024?

UK – Alzheimer’s Society
Established in 1979, Alzheimer’s Society is dedicated to supporting those affected by dementia. They actively advocate for policy and legal changes to improve rights and enhance quality of life. Through investments in vital projects and research, the organisation assists individuals and families impacted by dementia. Their work spans from developing innovative treatments to exploring preventive drug options and studying vascular dementia.

Krakow – The Krakow Food Bank
Established in 1997, the Krakow Food Bank is a longstanding charitable institution focused on logistics. They secure free food from supermarkets and producers, distributing it to food-insecure sectors in their region. In response to Russia’s aggression in Ukraine, they’ve expanded operations to support Ukrainian citizens in Lesser Poland, supplying vital food, hygiene, and pet care products.

Macedonia – ljubeznost
ljubeznost provides continuous education, assistance, and support to homeless and socially endangered individuals. Their vision is a society without poverty where there is acceptance, inclusion, and equal opportunities for homeless and socially vulnerable people.
