Our charity work isn’t decided in a boardroom. Each year, our employees nominate and vote for the charities we support – so the causes we champion are the ones our people genuinely care about.
Through the year you’ll find us fundraising for food banks, sponsoring local sports teams, and taking part in community and national events – from Race for Life to marathons, including the London Marathon – as well as supporting Mission Christmas and Foodbank appeals.
And it’s not just money. Every employee gets two paid volunteering days a year to give hands-on time to the causes they care about – no forms to fight through, just time to turn up and help.
