This was my first job that I took after moving to UK and was warmly welcomed by everyone. My contribution is both recognized and valued and that motivates me to do my best. I am fortunate to work for a company that understands the employee’s need for flexibility. I work 4.5 days a week and it helps me with my childcare duties and strike a work life balance.
