Welcome to Covered July 2022

Hello and welcome to your summer edition of Covered

It’s been an incredibly busy few months here at Open GI, and we’ve had the pleasure of seeing and spending time with many of our customers. Most recently, we were at the MGAA and BIBA Conferences, which was an absolute joy to connect and catch up with friends and colleagues. It’s so nice to see the insurance industry buzzing once again!

We have packed this edition of Covered with an array of articles and thought-provoking content. We focus on digital broking and how this can be the star attraction of your business, along with an article from MLP’s CEO, Damian Baxter, on how machine learning is shaping the future for the insurance landscape. Both of which are a definite must-read to keep you up to date as the insurance market is rapidly changing and embracing new digital technologies on a regular basis.

Our focus on your happiness
Customer satisfaction is so important to us at Open GI and over the last few months, the teams have been working on an internal initiative to gauge deeper insight into our satisfaction levels. Earlier this year we launched our own Customer Happiness dashboards, which give the entire team a real-time, in-depth view on a variety of aspects on what makes you, our customers, ultimately happy.

The reason why we are sharing this is simply to ask that you continue to share your feedback and experiences with us. Whether you are having a regular check-in with your Account Manager, or you’ve been asked to complete a survey from a Support Centre query – every ounce of feedback is so important to us. It helps us improve, adapt, and deliver more for you.

As always, we hope you enjoy this edition of Covered. Please complete our short survey if you have any comments about this edition or ideas for content you’d like to see more of. Covered will land in your inboxes just before the festive season so, until then, I hope you enjoy the sunshine and have a lovely summer.

All the best,

Simon
