It’s been an incredibly busy few months here at Open GI, and we’ve had the pleasure of seeing and spending time with many of our customers. Most recently, we were at the MGAA and BIBA Conferences, which was an absolute joy to connect and catch up with friends and colleagues. It’s so nice to see the insurance industry buzzing once again!

Our focus on your happiness
Customer satisfaction is so important to us at Open GI and over the last few months, the teams have been working on an internal initiative to gauge deeper insight into our satisfaction levels. Earlier this year we launched our own Customer Happiness dashboards, which give the entire team a real-time, in-depth view on a variety of aspects on what makes you, our customers, ultimately happy.
The reason why we are sharing this is simply to ask that you continue to share your feedback and experiences with us. Whether you are having a regular check-in with your Account Manager, or you’ve been asked to complete a survey from a Support Centre query – every ounce of feedback is so important to us. It helps us improve, adapt, and deliver more for you.
