As key sponsor, we were positioned on the largest stand at the centre of the exhibition hall in the Business Zone. This prime position provided us with the perfect opportunity to gain maximum exposure, with more than 1,000 brokers at the event. We garnered many compliments for the modern and eye-catching design of our stand, which was developed to demonstrate our position as innovators.
Machine Learning Programs was also in attendance, with CEO Tom Murphy hosting a seminar focused on how machine learning can positively impact business performance. We have subsequently had some follow-up interest surrounding his presentation, with his seminar proving popular at the event.
Insurance Age hosted a roundtable event in the morning, which David Kelly and Nick Giddings thoroughly enjoyed. Several topics were discussed, including how advancements in technology have improved efficiencies between brokers and insurers as well as increasing sales. There was plenty of input from the 12 attendees, resulting in an insightful discussion.
We were fortunate to have guest speaker Sir Ranulph Fiennes take part in a Q+A on our stand. This was with Siân Barton from Insurance Age, in which they discussed some of his captivating adventures. Having a world-renowned figure present helped to attract more visitors to our stand, alongside our freebies and freshly-made hot drinks.
The Sales team, supported by Product Management, provided free product demos focused around Mobius – with several leads captured and recorded.
