Modus launches Landlord’s Insurance Product on Open GI

Open GI is delighted to announce Modus has launched its Landlord’s Insurance Product on PowerPlace, its online commercial trading solution.

Modus is a specialist MGA that unites the digital journey with underwriting to deliver customer-centric home and landlord products for electronic distribution via UK brokers. The Modus Landlord’s Product has been designed specifically for accidental or part-time landlords and offers broad cover for a single location across an extremely wide range of properties and tenant types.
