Modus launches Landlord’s Insurance Product on Open GI

Modus launch Landlord

Open GI is delighted to announce Modus has launched its Landlord’s Insurance Product on PowerPlace, its online commercial trading solution.

Modus is a specialist MGA that unites the digital journey with underwriting to deliver customer-centric home and landlord products for electronic distribution via UK brokers. The Modus Landlord’s Product has been designed specifically for accidental or part-time landlords and offers broad cover for a single location across an extremely wide range of properties and tenant types.

“We are focused on delivering automated products direct to UK brokers through software houses and Open GI represents a major distribution partner given its reach with its PowerPlace proposition. We are delighted to make our Landlord’s Insurance Product available to brokers through this important channel.”

Scott Banks, Director at Modus, comments on the launch:

“Modus joining our recently enhanced Property Owners panel strengthens our proposition even further. Brokers ultimately want choice when they quote, compare and buy, whether that is having access to market-leading products or more niche insurance covers. Our PowerPlace commercial lines platform continues to provide our Brokers with all of this.”

Nick Giddings, PowerPlace CEO, adds:

Landlord’s Insurance joins Modus’s existing successful Household schemes available on Open GI HomeWriter.
