Markerstudy enhances broker experience

Markerstudy’s new MHR platform promises optimum enrichment performance.

During 2020, Markerstudy launched its Markerstudy Hosted Rating (MHR) platform, which utilises the latest technology to enhance a broker’s experience of its screen-rated Private Car and Commercial Vehicle offering.

Following a phased rollout to Open GI’s brokers starting in June last year, MHR provides simplicity and clarity in the market by consolidating products in Markerstudy’s MISL range to deliver a single policy wording for each product. Its internal panel arrangement also means the best price is returned for each scheme.

Key benefits:

Commonality from the MISL brand – a single policy wording for each of the two schemes.

Simplicity – quotes one scheme, returning the best price from MISL’s internal panel.

Underwriting footprint – access to new products for Open GI’s broker partners.

Data enrichment – advanced data enrichment enhancing performance.

Speed and flexibility – ability to launch new products simply and initiate changes quickly and easily.

Improved customer retention and customer journey across the MISL portfolio – the internal panel functionality is designed to offer improved business retention and provides best price.

“MHR incorporates the key benefits of data enrichment from our Insurer Hosted Rating (IHR) products at the point of quotation and will allow future data enrichment sources to be updated easily, achieving optimum performance enhancement. We hope to make other product lines available to a wider audience on MHR throughout 2021, which are currently restricted to specific schemes.”
